Reflexology is a gentle yet effective method to encourage your body’s own healing ability through deep relaxation, improved circulation, natural detoxification and the chance to allow yourself to de-stress.

Your treatment will begin with a full consultation and medical history. Reflexology is not a diagnostic treatment and does not claim to be able to cure or treat specific conditions. However some of the conditions/diseases it has been seen to have positive effects include:
